Groups Page General Help
Lets start by taking a look at the Interface of the “Groups” tab.

1) This is the “Groups” Pane. This Pane shows a list of the groups you currently have.
2) This is the “Contacts Included” Pane. This Pane shows you a list of the contacts that are in the currently selected group. Also in this pane you can remove users from the selected group.
3) This is the “Contacts Not Included” Pane. This Pane shows you a list of the contacts that are currently not in the selected group. Also in this pane you can add users to the selected group.
4) This is the “New” button. This button allows you to create a new group.
5) This is the “Remove” button. This button allows you to remove the currently selected group.

Creating a New Group
To create a new group, the first thing you must do is the click the “New” button in the “Groups” Pane.

Once the “New” button is a clicked, a new window will appear. In this window, you simply need to type the name of the new group and then click the OK button. This will add the group to your “Groups” pane.
 
You have now successfully added a group.

Removing a Group
To remove a group, you simply need to highlight the name of the group you wish to remove in the “Groups” Pane and then click on the “Remove” button.


Adding Contacts to a Group
To add Contacts to a group, you will need to begin by highlighting the group you wish to add the Contact to in the “Groups” pane.

Once you have selected the proper group, you will notice the “Contacts Included” and “Contacts Not Included” will now contain a list of Contacts in that group and Contacts not in that group. To add a Contact, you simply need to highlight the contact’s name in the “Contacts Not Included” Pane and click on the “Add” button.

When you click on the “Add” button you will notice the selected Contact’s name move from the “Contacts Not Included” Pane to the “Contacts Included” Pane. This means you have successfully added that Contact to the selected Group.


Removing a Contact From a Group
To remove Contacts from a group, you will need to begin by highlighting the group you wish to remove the Contact from in the “Groups” pane.

Once you have selected the proper group, you will notice the “Contacts Included” and “Contacts Not Included” will now contain a list of Contacts in that group and Contacts not in that group. To remove a Contact, you simply need to highlight the contact’s name in the “Contacts Included” Pane and click on the “Remove” button.

When you click on the “Remove” button you will notice the selected Contact’s name move from the “Contacts Included” Pane to the “Contacts Not Included” Pane. This means you have successfully removed that Contact from the selected Group.
